Whitsunday Islands – The Ngaro track is a new premium hiking experience undergoing construction in the Whitsundays. A stunning 32km multi-day hike, this track is targeted to be completed later this year. An ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts, hikers can look forward to immersing themselves in the abundant natural beauty and cultural heritage. As part of this new development, Treadwell was engaged to supply the NatureTREAD™ FRP solution consisting of structural profiles and grating.

- EX-Series® GratEX® FRP Mini Mesh grating panels have an impregnated grit surface, eliminating the risk of delamination, and ensuring a durable and long-lasting anti-slip surface for user safety.
- The openings in GratEX® FRP Mini Mesh grating facilitate water and debris drainage, creating a self-maintaining anti-slip surface. This design also allows ventilation and sunlight, enabling vegetation beneath to thrive.
